Multi-tenant white-label solution
Manage centrally. Succeed locally.
With BOTTIMMO, you provide your network with its own marketing and contact development system under your brand. The corporate office creates shared foundations. Each location works in a separate workspace with its own contacts, activities and follow-ups.
White Label availability in the United States is evaluated separately from the current U.S. Beta program.

How FALC Immobilien brings marketing and lead generation together in its Business Booster.
FALC Immobilien is one of Germany’s largest real estate companies. Since 2009, over 350 independent real estate agents have worked under the FALC umbrella. The BOTTIMMO system is integrated into the FALC Business Booster and tailored specifically to FALC real estate agents’ requirements: content is created and distributed automatically, contacts are brought together centrally and nurtured systematically.

“With the Business Booster, we bring together services that real estate agents previously had to organize individually. Integrating the BOTTIMMO system lays the foundation for clear processes and a significantly more efficient way of working.”

Frequently asked questions about the white-label solution
For real estate networks, franchise businesses and organizations with multiple locations.
What is white-label software for real estate agents?
White-label software is based on an existing technical solution but appears under the company’s own branding. This allows real estate networks to offer their locations a shared marketing and lead generation system under their own brand.
Who is BOTTIMMO’s white-label solution suitable for?
The solution is particularly suitable for franchise businesses, real estate networks, associations, banks, portals and larger real estate organizations with multiple locations or partner companies.
Can the software be adapted to our brand?
The white-label solution can be adapted to the partner’s brand identity. Depending on the agreed scope, this can include the logo, colors, naming and presentation within the system.
Can multiple real estate business locations be managed centrally?
The multi-tenant system enables central management of multiple companies or locations. At the same time, individual locations can work with their own logins, contacts and activities.
Can content be made available centrally for all locations?
Content and marketing activities can be prepared centrally and made available across multiple locations. This keeps branding consistent while individual real estate agents maintain their local visibility.
Can we analyze usage at individual locations?
Depending on the white-label configuration, central dashboards and aggregated usage information are available. This allows the organization to see which locations actively use features and marketing activities.
Can local real estate agents retain their own identity despite central management?
Yes. The white-label solution combines central brand standards with the local identity of affiliated real estate agents. The precise level of customization is agreed to suit each network.
How is a white-label solution introduced?
First, we agree on the target audience, locations, brand requirements, features and administrative processes. This forms the basis of a tailored approach to setup, rollout and support based on the network and market.
