Full Stack Developer & Tech Lead (m/f/d)

Our vision at BOTTIMMO: real estate agents should be able to create all their marketing independently, automate it extensively and manage it using data with our AI-powered software.
We have been in the market for eight years, but still feel like a young startup — and that is exactly the spirit we never want to lose. We think big, act fast and are currently expanding internationally, including into the USA.
Your tasks and responsibilities
Development and architecture
Actively develop our SaaS platform, make technical decisions and create scalable solutions.
AI and innovation
Integrate modern AI technologies, coding agents and new development approaches into the product and everyday development work.
Team leadership
Provide technical leadership for our six-person international development team, coordinate their work and shape agile processes.
Stability and security
Ensure platform operations, performance, data protection (in collaboration with the product team), technical security and reliable releases.
Costs and resources
Manage product costs (hosting costs, API costs, AI costs and development budgets) and coordinate external partners.
Entrepreneurial responsibility
Set technical priorities in close collaboration with senior management and product management, and make decisions independently.
What you bring
Excellent knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js, modern front-end technologies, databases and software architecture.
You live and breathe AI and modern development methods, and ideally have experience with Scrum or other agile methods.
Initiative, a quick grasp of new concepts, an entrepreneurial mindset and good German and English language skills.
A senior title or leadership experience? Not essential! Whether you are an experienced developer or a young talent with exceptional skills: what matters is your ability, ambition and willingness to take responsibility.
